4 chicken breasts , skin on
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon jaggery or 1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1/2 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon fresh tarragon ( subbed for fresh thyme )
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 1/4 cups water
1 pinch salt
2 cups israeli couscous ( or standard couscous )
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped
1/3 cup green onion , sliced
2 tablespoons sliced almonds , toasted

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
