Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2.Place seasoned flour in a plastic bag and add chicken drumsticks shaking to coat evenly.
3.In a bowl, mix fresh chives, roasted garlic, apricot jam, lemon juice, and Amarula cream liqueur.
4.Place the coated drumsticks in a baking dish big enough to fit them snugly.
5.Pour the chive mixture over the drumsticks and turn the drumsticks so that they are well-coated.
6.Add bay leaves if desired, then push a skewer through the middle of each drumstick to ensure even cooking.
7.Sprinkle seasoned sea salt and black pepper over them.
