Ingredients

1 1/2 kg chicken pieces ( with bone and skin on )
125 ml flour
30 ml sesame seeds
7 ml paprika
5 5 ml cayenne or 5 ml chili powder
15 ml baking powder
1 egg , lightly beaten
125 ml milk
5 garlic cloves
5 ml salt
125 ml butter or 125 ml margarine

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 220C/425F and grease a baking sheet.
2.In a bowl, mix together flour, sesame seeds, paprika, cayenne/chili powder, baking powder, and salt.
3.In another bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and milk.
4.Crush garlic and mix it with melted butter in a third bowl.
5.Dip chicken pieces first into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat in the melted butter.
6.Place the chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
