Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a baking tray or use baking paper
2.Beat 250g of butter and add 200ml sugar gradually until light and fluffy
3.Add two eggs and continue to mix until well combined
4.In a separate bowl, sift together 500ml flour, a pinch of salt, and 10ml baking powder
5.Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly while stirring
