Ingredients

1 onion , chopped

2 slices bread , broken into small chunks
1 cup milk , divided

1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/3 cup raisins

1 pinch salt & pepper ( we used 1/4 tsp each )
2 large eggs , beaten

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

9.In a small bowl, whisk together remaining 1/2 cup of milk and eggs. Pour the mixture over the beef mixture.
10.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg has set and the top is golden brown. Serve hot.
