1/2 cup dry white wine

Instructions

1.Preheat grill to high heat
2.Using kitchen shears, cut chicken along both sides of the backbone and remove it
3.Turn chicken breast-side up and press down to flatten it
4.Peel and finely chop garlic
5.In a large bowl, mix garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, white wine, olive oil, and red chili pepper
6.Place chicken on the grill skin-side down
7.Cook for 10-12 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the chicken reaches 165°F
8.Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving
9.Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
