Ingredients

2 cinnamon sticks , broken into 4 pieces each
4 teaspoons cumin seeds
4 teaspoons coriander seeds
2 teaspoons dried chilies
1 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Spread the cinnamon sticks, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and dried chilies on a baking sheet.
3.Roast the spices in the oven for 10 minutes, or until fragrant.
4.Remove from the oven and let cool.
5.Once cool, place the roasted spices in a spice grinder with the allspice.
6.Grind until you have a fine powder.
