Instructions

1.In a pan, roast caraway, cumin, coriander and dried red chilies till fragrant
2.Grind the roasted spices to a fine powder and reserve
3.In the same pan, heat oil and add minced garlic. Saute for a minute
4.Add chicken or lamb and cook till slightly browned
5.Add the powdered spices and stir till the meat is coated
6.Add water and bring the mixture to a boil
7.Reduce heat, cover and simmer till meat is tender
8.Add chopped mint and salt to taste before serving
