Ingredients

3 tablespoons olive oil
100 ml water
1 lemon , juice of
5 tablespoons tomato puree
4 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground caraway
2 teaspoons paprika ( mix hot and sweet )
4 tuna steaks
Hraimeh, also known as spicy Libyan fish, is a classic Middle-Eastern dish that is perfect for those who love seafood with a spicy twist. Instructions

1.Take a mixing bowl and combine olive oil, water, tomato puree, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin, caraway and paprika. Mix well to make a thick marinade.
2.Clean the tuna steaks and lay them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them and make sure it coats the fish properly. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour.
3.Preheat the oven to 200 C. Take a baking dish and place the marinated fish in it. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is fully cooked.
4.Serve hot with a side of rice or veggies.
