5 cups couscous , uncooked
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup olive oil or 3/4 cup milk , i prefer milk though many use the oil both the olive oil and milk
cinnamon
icing sugar
prune , snipped
dates , snipped
raisins
almonds , as required , any semi dried soaked fruits . Nuts . I use the

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix together the couscous, vegetable oil, salt, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
2.Add 8 cups boiling water, cover with a lid, and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
3.Fluff it with a fork and add olive oil or milk, cinnamon, icing sugar, and the remaining 2 teaspoons cinnamon and mix well.
4.Add the snipped prune, dates, raisins, and almonds, and mix again.
5.Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.

PROS
