Ingredients

1 bunch swiss chard
1 tablespoon olive oil
600 g lamb shoulder , diced
1 onion , sliced
2 garlic cloves , sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon coriander seed
1 pinch chili flakes
400 ml lamb stock or 400 ml chicken stock

Instructions

1.Wash the swiss chard thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut the stems and leaves into large pieces.

3.In the same pan, add the onion, garlic, turmeric, cumin seed, coriander seed, and chili flakes. Cook until the onion is translucent.
4.Return the lamb to the pan and add the lamb or chicken stock. Bring to a boil, then add the swiss chard leaves and stems. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
5.Add in the raisins and pine nuts and cook until the chard is tender and the lamb is cooked through.
