4 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into pieces
2 garlic cloves , minced

1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro , chopped

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
