We’ve all been there – tired, hungry and staring at an empty fridge, wondering what to make for dinner. Luckily, there are plenty of food ideas that are easy, quick and delicious. Here are a few of our favorites:

1. Sheet Pan Dinners – Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add veggies like broccoli, peppers and onions, and a protein like chicken, fish or tofu. Season with your favorite spices and roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

2. Quesadillas – Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat and add a tortilla. Fill with cheese, cooked chicken, beans, corn or any other ingredients you like. Fold the tortilla in half and cook on both sides until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is crispy.

3. One-Pot Pasta – In a large pot, add pasta, canned tomatoes, broth, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until the pasta is tender and the sauce is thickened, about 15 minutes. Add spinach, chopped herbs or cheese for extra flavor.

4. Stir-Fry – Chop up your favorite veggies and protein and stir fry in a wok or large skillet. Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger or any other seasonings you like. Serve over rice or noodles.

5. Avocado Toast – Mash up an avocado with lime juice, salt and pepper. Spread on toasted bread and top with sliced tomatoes, a poached egg, bacon or smoked salmon.

These food ideas are not only easy to make but can also be customized to fit your taste preferences. Try them out and let us know which one is your favorite!
