One of the easiest and most versatile meals you can make during quarantine is pantry pasta. Simply cook up your favorite pasta shape and toss it with whatever canned or dry goods you have on hand. Some of our favorite add-ins include canned tomatoes, canned beans, olives, capers, and toasted nuts.
2. DIY Pizza
If you’re missing your favorite pizza joint, why not make your own pizza at home? You can buy pre-made crusts or even make your own using flour, yeast, and water. Then, top it with whatever you have on hand, like jarred tomato sauce, shredded cheese, vegetables, and leftover meats. You’ll be surprised at how tasty homemade pizza can be!
