Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F
2.With a meat mallet flatten steaks until thin
3.In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated onion, beaten egg, 4 tablespoons of melted butter, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper
4.Place 1 tablespoon of breadcrumb mixture on each steak, roll up, and close with a toothpick
5.In a pot, melt 5 tablespoons of butter, add 2 cups of water and stir to mix
6.Place beef rolls in a baking dish and pour butter mixture over them
7.Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes, then remove foil and continue baking for another 30 minutes
