1 lb rutabaga , about 1 medium
1/4 cup flour
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 - 1 cup hot milk or 1/2-1 cup light cream
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumb

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
