2 -3 lbs beef ( London Broil , Flank , Round )
1 1/2 cups soya sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco sauce ( or Frank 's red hot )
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 175°F. Line one or two baking sheets with foil or parchment paper.
2.Slice the beef into thin strips, cutting against the grain.
3.In a large bowl, whisk together the soya sauce, water, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, garlic powder, garlic salt, onion salt, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
4.Add the beef strips to the bowl and toss to coat.

6.Bake for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
7.Store the beef jerky in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
