100 g carrots , diced

30 ml tomato sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
10 ml soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons corn oil
salt , to taste

Instructions

1.In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside.
2.In a pan, heat up 2 tablespoons of corn oil on medium-high heat.
3.Add diced onions and chopped garlic to the pan and saute until soft.
4.Add diced carrots and sliced snow peas and stir fry until the vegetables start to soften, then add prawns and squid to the pan.
5.Add a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of fish sauce, 10 milliliters of soy sauce, and 30 milliliters of tomato sauce to the pan and continue to stir fry.
6.Once the seafood and vegetables are cooked, transfer everything to a bowl.
7.Add 50 grams of frozen green peas to the bowl and mix everything together.
8.In the same pan, pour the beaten eggs and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
9.Add the seafood and vegetable mixture on top of one half of the omelette and then flip the other half over to cover the filling.
10.Cook for another minute or two until the eggs are fully cooked.
11.Serve and enjoy!
