2/3 cup cornstarch
2 cups milk
6 whole cardamom seeds
1/2 cup ground almonds
rosewater to taste
1/4 cup white sugar , or to taste
1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and 1/2 cup of milk until well combined.

3.Turn the heat to low and add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan while stirring continuously for another 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
4.Remove the cardamom seeds and add rosewater, sugar and slivered almonds. Mix well.
5.Pour the pudding into a dish and let it cool for 1-2 hours before serving.
