rye flour
1 cup barley flour
1/2 cup quinoa flour
1/4 cup ground sunflower seeds
3/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup psyllium , fibre husks
1/4 cup teff flour
1/2 teaspoon guar gum
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup minute tapioca
1/4 cup whole flax seed
1/2 cup bacon bits

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, buckwheat groats, applesauce, chicken stock, olive oil, and honey. Mix well.
3.Add the peanut butter, boiling water, and egg to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the rye flour, barley flour, quinoa flour, sunflower seeds, soy flour, psyllium, teff flour, and guar gum.
5.Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
6.Roll the dough out onto a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
7.Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into desired shapes and place them onto a non-stick baking sheet.
8.Sprinkle bacon bits and whole flax seeds onto the cookies.
9.Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, and let them cool for 10-15 minutes before serving to your dog.
