6 large russet potatoes
4 cups flour ( Could use Gluten-Free flour )
1 can evaporated milk
3 tablespoons olive oil or 3 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper

Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes until they are soft, then drain the water and mash the potatoes.
2.Add the flour, evaporated milk, olive oil or butter, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
3.Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tennis ball.
4.Bring a large pot of water to a gentle boil. Add the potato balls and keep the water at a gentle boil for about an hour.
5.Remove the potato balls from the water and serve hot with your favorite sauce or topping.
